FPD and HD Manufacturing Systems

Flat Panel Display and Hard Disk Manufacturing Systems Sales Division is committed with development and sales mainly for production and inspection devices which are essential to the manufacturing of Flat Panel Display (FPD) and Hard Disk (HD), as well as social products (such as railway contact wire, track instrument, etc.) For the liquid crystal display devices, the back bone of the product line, we provide a wide variety of innovative devices for cleaning, developing, exposure, inspection, and module assembly throughout the finest TFT alley color filter production process, the cell production process and the module production process. Meanwhile in the HD related production, we also offer strong products such as disk surface inspection device, disk test device, and so on. Quite uniquely, we provide railway contact wire and track instrument, also. The world’s only devices that inspect and measure the contact wire and rail conditions by laser with the high speed are used actively for the Shinkansen bullet trains.
