Exceptional throughput of 95,000 cph with high reliability in mounting 0402(01005) chips The direct drive modular mounter (GXH-3) is capable of providing a maximum throughput of 95,000 cph by means of such advanced features as a direct drive head, linear-motor-driven XY beams, non-stop gang-fly recognition function, and adjustable Y axis position of P.C.B. Equipped with a CCD line sensor, this machine can mount 0402(01005) chips with high reliability.

Head module features High-speed and multi-function heads are adaptable to your production configuration. Countless combinations are allowed. Nozzles on the high-speed head may be changed allowing placement of a wide range of components, from the 0402(01005) size up to 44 x 44 mm. Superior flexibility is allowed in production. The multi-function head can handle component sizes up to 55 x 55mm; capable for connectors with sizes up to 100 x 26mm and height up to 25.4mm (1 Inch)
