Unparalleled detection limits can be achieved - 3 pmol of aspartic acid using ninhydrin reaction methods.
Standard amino acid determination takes just 30 minutes (net) and physiological fluid determination can be carried out fully automatically in just 110 minutes.

The L-8900 is controlled by EZChrom Elite for Hitachi AAA (developed by Hitachi based on the EZChrom Elite^TM chromatography data system) and supports chromatography systems from multiple manufacturers.
