NanoFrontier nLC NanoFrontier nLC -Highly reproducible and stable nanoflow HPLC provides
your mass spectrometer more sensitivity and accuracy.

NanoFrontier nLC offers true split-less nanoflow gradient formation (from 50nL/min) improving stability of the system and reproducibility of the retention time.
NanoFrontier nLC consists of a dedicated gradient pump and a high precision nanoflow pump for stable solvent delivery.

The Hitachi DEGS(Dual Exchange Gradient System, patent pending)
technology provides accurate, true split-less nanoflow gradient formation
(from 50nL/min)

The DEGS gradient delivery system is unique to Hitachi

  • Washing mode: washes flow route and column efficiently at 1μL/min
  • Stand-by mode: prevents contamination by sending solutions at the minimum rate
  • Quarternary gradient: Four solvents can be used for gradient formation at the maximum
  • Sample cooling function: keeps sample stable
  • On-line deaerating function: deaerates all the solvent used in the system
  • System monitoring function: provides results more reliability by monitoring system conditions during operation.
  • Real-time pressure monitoring: provides information for column condition and system stability in real-time
