"Service satisfactory to all customers" may naturally mean "service desirable for society as a whole". Confident with this belief, we are conducting a variety of activities in consideration of the true goal of service from the viewpoint of a citizen of the earth.
ISO 9001 ISO 14001 certificates at 46 domestic sites
In 1995, the international standard on service quality "ISO 9001" was collectivily acquired at all 46 domestic sites. And in 1998, the international standard on environment management "ISO 14001" was collectively acquired at all sites.
The global standard "ISO9002" concerning the quality was integrated into "ISO9001" in 2000.
"ISO9001" was acquired on all sites in 2001.

Reducing the environmental burden in compliance with environment ISO
Our company has been engaging in reduction of the environmental burden such as energy conservation and resource saving through lengthening of instrument life, reuse, overhaul and other solution service activities.
Expanding activities contributory to regional community, aiming at a company coexisting in society
Each local branch has been positively engaging in activities contributory to the regional community so that it can play a role requisite for the community.
As an example, a program for company staff to volunteer has been at work since fiscal 1997. Through activities in welfare institutions. they have been making efforts to become helpful to the people residing there. |
