Know-how on utilization of instruments will be offered in order to facilitate solving the problems which vary with tasks.

Support will be provided for operator and maintenance staff training.

Total guaranteed service for medical instruments

Through a business tie-up with Roche Diagnostics, Switzerland's medical supplier, and Roche's subsidiary company in Japan, a customer-contact channel is restricted to our company alone, so that our total guaranteed service can be provided to cover both medical instruments and reagents, i.e., from installation to serving.

Digital video production system

Our company has begun importing digital video production systems and marketing them as a general agent of Canada-based Matrox Electronics System. Technical support at 47 domestic sites is intended.
