Multilateral support

 
Performance deterioration or troubles due to secular change, etc. may lead to critical damage to business. In order to not only solve troubles promptly, but also prevent them, we will monitor the operation of equipment and systems for 24 hours all year round and support customers' smooth business operations.
 

Corrective maintenance

 
To deal with a sudden trouble, a round-the-clock support system has been established.
Service engineers assure a prompt recovery from a trouble. Besides, operations can be remotely supported with a system utilizing the Internet. Quick response can even be made to a trouble that occurs at a remote site.
 

Diagnosis of environment and system

 
Installation environment for equipment and systems is measured to diagnose its influence over the instruments. Also, a remote diagnosis service for examining the working condition of instruments though a network is offered to help customers detect the cause of a trouble as early as possible.
 

Preventive maintenance

 
Periodic check and itinerary inspection are carried out on a maintenance contract.
Analytical data gathered at the check points are stored in a database and utilized for improvement of maintenance programs. In addition, performance degradation and life expectancy of instruments are remotely diagnosed via a network.
Further, operations can be remotely supported with a system utilizing the Internet and satellite communication.
 

Improvement

 
Updating of performance, improvement of operability and maintainability, elongation of service life, etc. can be achieved at a low cost by upgrading customers' instruments.
Additionaly, necessary improvements can be carried out according to the result of environment analysis.
 

Calibration control

 
Maintenance of analytical accuracy and control tasks can be totally supported by generation of an SOP* plan, calibration according to the plan and issuance of a certificate.
The data reliability required by GLP*, GMP*, HACCP*, ISO*, etc. can be secured, and persons in charge can be relieved of complicated work.
