The super direct drive heads with a structure which integrates the heads with the motors are employed, and the motors themselves perform the corrections directly to eliminate the drive transfer error and other probrems that usually occur when the head rotation is corrected. |

The 5 nozzles are selected and switched by the automatic nozzle change mechanism inside the heads. |

Free from the restrictions imposed by the nozzle changeover and mounting angles, a maximum mounting tact time of 0.072 sec. per component(option) is realized. |

High-accuracy recognition system This system calculates the centers of the components from the edges of the electrodes using a method which is relatively immune from being affected by the electrode shapes or component sizes.
